Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Carriers

We primarily ship using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on destination and package size.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Record Stop Loft is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@recordstoploft.com

Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can assist with a claim or replacement if applicable.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping may be limited or unavailable. If international shipping becomes available, rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

In-Store Pickup

Local customers may have the option to select in-store pickup at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
